Maple Bourbon Glazed Chicken Recipe

Simple to make, and overflowing with sweet, rich flavour.


  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp bourbon or apple juice
  • 3-4 tbsp Weber® KC BBQ Rub
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. Combine syrup, butter, bourbon and 1 tablespoon rub in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Generously coat both sides of chicken breasts with 2 to 3 tablespoons rub.
  3. Grill over medium direct heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Brush glaze over chicken during last 5 minutes of cooking, turning chicken frequently.
